Сервіси Страхової компанії включають в себе
мобільні додатки та сервіси розміщені на сайті
https://ekta.insure, які дають змогу користувачам
взаємодіяти зі Страховою компанією в межах
укладеної публічної оферти, а також без
укладання угоди, так само взаємодія з
партнерами Страхової компанії у межах
укладених між Користувачами і такими
партнерами договорами, включаючи обмін
інформацією і здійснення окремих операцій
через Інтернет або спеціальний додаток
мобільного пристрою (смартфона, планшета і
т.п.)
Отримання доступу до використання
Сервісів Страхової компанії означає
беззастережну згоду Користувачів з
положеннями цієї Політики конфіденційності

Інформація про користувача. При створенні
облікового запису або реєстрації Страховою
компанією запитується інформація про
користувача: ПІБ, стать, дата народження,
адреса проживання, адреса електронної пошти,
номер телефону. Страховою компанією також
може бути запрошена додаткова інформація.
2. Надання інформації користувачів
третім особам.
Страхова компанія має право надавати
інформацію Користувачів своїм афілійованим
особам, а також партнерам і іншим компаніям,
пов'язаними зі Страховою компанією з метою,
зазначеною вище.

Страховою компанією можуть надаватися
узагальнені знеособлені дані користувачів
Сервісів Страхової компанії партнерам

та інших досліджень).

компанії, його контрагентів і афілійованих осіб.
5. Зміна Політики конфіденційності та чинне
законодавство.
Страхова компанія має право в будь-який час
оновлювати і вносити зміни в положення цієї
Політики конфіденційності. Нова редакція
Політики конфіденційності вступає в силу з
моменту її розміщення, якщо інше не
передбачено положеннями нової редакції
Політики конфіденційності. Страхова компанія
рекомендує Користувачам регулярно звертатися
до цієї Політики конфіденційності з метою
ознайомлення з найбільш актуальною
редакцією.
